Don't get hung up on software when working on Projects!

Many organizations think that software is the answer to their Project Management challenges; the fact is that software is often a distraction from the real issue - which is delivering what the customer or sponsor needs on time and within budget. 

Before utilizing software, the essentials of Project Management must be understood and mastered. Only then can you use your software effectively to collaborate with colleagues, manage timelines and facilitate project success.
